Giving Back to Those Who’ve Served—With a Friendly Thank-You
Howdy! I get a lot of questions as an appraiser, but one stands out to me on a personal level. That question is “Do you offer a military/veteran discount?” Of course I do! As someone who’s worn the uniform and knows what it means to serve, I just want to say—I get it. Military life shapes you in so many ways, and I carry those lessons with me every day. That’s why, in my business, I make it a point to look out for fellow vets. I ask other businesses if they have a military discount myself, so it only makes sense to have one for my own services.
Why I’ve Got a Veteran Discount
Service members and veterans give a lot, and I think a simple “thank you” is the least we can do, rather than saying the normal ‘thank you for your service”. For me, as explained above, it’s a personal thing, being a veteran myself.
Here’s How It Works
If you’re active duty, in the reserves, or a veteran, come claim the veteran discount for your appraiser. Just mention your service when you reach out, and I’ll make sure you get a special rate. It’s my small way of saying thanks. Basically, just ask and you shall receive…
Unfortunately, we are not able to do VA appraisals yet…. I’ll definitely be conducting them in a few years though. They have certain time requirements that we haven’t attained yet. We will let everyone know the moment we do though. This way we can truly claim to be the best appraiser in Central California, even though the Fresno Bee has already said so.

Being a veteran isn’t just a part of my own backstory, it’s a big piece of who I am, and I know it’s part of you too. I want my business to do good things, provide a quality and trusted service to those who served and those who support. The veteran discount is just one way I try to create an atmosphere that feels supportive and connected.
